
Pilates is a method of exercise that focuses on correct movement quality, core stabilisation and postural correction. Ideal for those wishing to improve core strength, flexibility and those with any back pain.
Classes are currently running live over zoom. I am able to see you clearly on a big screen in my clinic and help you to perform the exercises correctly. Classes are suitable for all abilities and those who are pregnant and postnatal.
1:1 or 2:1 Classes are also available over zoom if you would prefer to be taught in this way.

Core Cardio (Monday Nights at 6:30pm, 45 mins):
A low impact class designed to incorporate both core activation alongside low impact cardio exercise. All abilities welcome, minimal space required.
ABSolutely Pilates (Monday Nights at 7:30pm, 45mins):
Ready to work those abs? This class is a full-body workout with a focus on core power and strength. All abilities welcome.
Back Care Pilates (Tuesday Mornings at 10am, 50 mins):
This class will improve posture, strength, and movement through the spine and abdominals. All abilities welcome.
Pilates Mat Classic (Thursdays at 10am, 50 mins):
This class uses traditional floor work sequences to strengthen and stretch your entire body. All abilities welcome.
Chair Pilates (Thursdays at 11am, 45 mins):
A full-body workout in sitting and standing. We’ll be focusing on core strength, posture, and flexibility. 45 minutes.
Classes (Monthly subscription):
One live class on zoom per week £30 a month
Two live classes on zoom per week £45 a month
No minimal term, cancel anytime.

Class sizes limited to 10 people, booking is essential.
Please note that prior to starting a class I require you to watch and practice some of the foundational Pilates concepts including positions, breathing, and pelvic floor/core recruitment.
If you would rather do this with me (face to face or virtually) in a 30 minute 1:1 session then please either book online or via any of the contact methods.
