Please contact me to find out which classes are suitable for beginners. I require you to attend a 1:1 session before you begin your course of classes to teach you the fundamentals. This is a great opportunity for me to learn about your specific Pilates goals and assess you movement and strength initially. I will then teach you breathing control, pelvic floor and core recruitment so you are ready to attend a class.
