Louise Brown
Founder and Physiotherapist
I’m a chartered physiotherapist with more than 14 years of experience and I LOVE using my skills to help clients conquer their goals and reach their full potential.
After I graduated with a physiotherapy degree in 2008, I spent over 10 years working in lots of different areas of the NHS, learning all sorts as I went. I’m into my sports so my favourite cases were the ones where I helped clients achieve remarkable results following sports injuries and chronic pain. I can usually completely understand how you’re feeling if you’ve got a sport-related injury (in many cases, I’ve been there too!).
My clear, steady and evidence-based approach to treatment leads to amazing outcomes, and I now work that process into other areas too. Since having kids I’ve grown more and more interested in women’s and men’s health, particularly pelvic health physiotherapy.
…So much so that I’ve done lots of post-graduate training, setting me up to support women and men during all stages of life. Together, we can deal with conditions like pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, prolapse, sexual dysfunction, endometriosis, erectile dysfunction and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Nothing is too taboo or embarrassing! I’ll always go out of my way to make our clients feel comfortable as they get support.
Finally, I’m a certified Mummy MOT practitioner too, providing physiotherapy-based help for women during and after pregnancy, particularly for those with pelvic pain, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, low back pain and bladder or bowel incontinence.
And outside of work? You’ll find me playing netball, skiing, walking the dog or having a laugh with my family!

About our Physiotherapy Studio in Shoreham
The idea behind our bespoke clinic was to create the perfect, pressure-free setting for someone to come with an injury or issue. Somewhere clients would have plenty of time and space to maximise their investment in physiotherapy, free from embarrassment or fear.
Our homely, relaxed studio helps you feel at ease from the moment they step through the door, and clients say time and time again that it’s a great place to come for treatment. Don’t just take our word for it though…
LB is an absolute lifesaver! in agony, she fitted me in last minute and was super kind, gave me helpful movements to do at home and always follows up. Great value and a lovely relaxing clinic/studio.

Louise helped me with sudden shoulder/neck pain. She discovered that the problem was actually in a different area of my back/shoulder than I thought, released it & has given me exercises to do at home to continue the treatment with the view to go back if it still plays up. Lou was friendly, welcoming, professional, brilliant with her hands and knowledge & her work space is just lovely. I definitely recommend seeing her with any issues that may require short or long term physio. Thanks Lou!

I went to LB physio where Louise was great and most professional. She explained my knee injury and it’s treatment. She gave me practical tips for managing and reducing the pain now as well as assuring me that she can give me exercises to help in the future. The studio is private, well designed and great for parking right outside. What a find!
