Post-Natal

I offer ‘Mummy MOT’ anytime after your 6 week GP check-up. This session involves a check of your tummy muscles for any separation, your pelvic floor for any weakness and assessment of your body’s posture, alignment and breathing control. This ensures you are ready to return to exercise and allows you time to discuss any concerns you may have.
