Injuries will often result in pain and inflammation and this in turn leads to muscle weakness, joint stiffness and difficulties with balance. Addressing all of these components is key to your recovery and ensuring that your risk of re injury is as low as possible.
Whether you have a traumatic injury or an overuse injury not being able to exercise or participate in sports can be so frustrating. My aim is to get you back as soon as it is safe to do so. Sometimes this means modifying the activity or movement whilst treatment is given.
